Menswear and Sequins Haul

Just a few of the latest additions to my closet...

 H & M
Unassuming striped shirt with tons of styling potential

TJ Maxx
Passport cotton flannel
It it very fitted and more girly on, while it's still a nod to the guys.
But my style is kind of androgynous at times.

Marshall's
Cole Haan Air Loafers
These shoes are ridiculously comfortable and though discounted, still kind of pricey!
But I do like comfort. And it looks like a man's loafer, which is why I probably like them so much.

Forever 21
Sequin Peekaboo shoulder blouse
This top is decidedly girly. And sparkly. I am a bit of an extreme in everything I do.
I am a Scorpio, that's just how we roll.
So most times I either dress like a guy or a sparkly prom queen.

Python Dress: Two Ways

The fashionistas of the blogging community have made my shopping very easy lately. First Monroe and her leather leggings, now Bessie! My jaw dropped when I saw how amazing she looked in her H & M python dress. I had to get one!

When I watch the show Chopped, the chefs prepare a main entree two ways. Like fish, steak or chicken two different ways on the same plate. So that's what I did here. A "tough" way and a "softer" way. I usually never match my shoes and bags, but seeing those Middeleton sisters doing that lately, I was inspired to do the same. No pantyhose though. Not sure that I can go that "royal".

Look One:
Dress: H & M

Bag: Mulberry for Target
Shoes: Jessica Simpson
Belt: Thrifted

Look Two:
Dress: H & M

Scarf: H & M

Deluxe Luxe Look

Here's my H & M furry scarf doing its thing. This look is part hippie, part chic. It's still not cold enough to wear my furry friend yet, so this is a prototype of an outfit I'll wear when the chill sets in! The fur collar works nicely over a silk blouse, but when it gets colder, I'll add a blazer or jacket.

Hat: Scala
Silk Blouse: Ann Taylor
Jeans: Elle Jeans
Flats: Coconuts
Scarf: H & M
Bag: Ralph Lauren

This is the link for the shorts. They are so comfy and I like the fit. The colors are white, olive and chino and they come with cute belts. The chino (my choice) came with the little orange belt!

Online H & M Coming Soon

Yay! I just read that H & M will be opening its online store at the end of this year. Cool.
I love their tops and accessories! Most times the most popular items are hard to find, so being able to purchase online will be helpful. Here are a few H & M pieces I wore last year and featured
on Pretty All the Time...

Ruffle blouse
H & M Garden Collection floral blouse
Sequin vest
