Ms. Solange Knowles has admitted to having a slight obsession with what she calls "ghetto fab nail art". I grew up doing designs on my nails, my friends' nails and today I sometimes will add a design. Junior High, Brooklyn, the 80's. Nail art was cool back then. But what do you think?
